Pastor Eric has served as Rector of St. Stephen’s since 1999. He has been married to his beautiful wife, Bobbi Lynn, since 1987. They currently enjoy their six children, three daughters-in-law, five grandchildren with more in-laws and grandchildren to come. Pastor Eric earned his B.A. degree in Education from the University of Idaho, his M Div. from Nazarene Theological Seminary and his Doctorate in Sacred Theology from St. Andrews Theological Seminary. Along with his pastoral duties, he teaches in the humanities department at Stevenson University while also serving as Dean of Maryland and chairman of the Standing Committee for the Diocese of the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic REC.

Pastor Bill has served at St. Stephen’s since 2015. He shares life and ministry with his lovely wife, Diana. Pastor Bill is the second youngest of twelve children, and has 5 children and 4 grandchildren who affectionately call him “Pop Pop”. Pastor Bill graduated from the Reformed Episcopal Seminary in 2015 having earned his diploma in the M Div. program. He was ordained a Presbyter in 2016 at St. Stephen’s. Pastor Bill has served the Church in many positions of laity leadership while working professionally in the automotive field. He is currently a General Manager with a Baltimore dealer group

Pastor Ricky has served St. Stephens as Deacon since 2016 and Director of Youth Ministry since 2017.  He was ordained to the Diaconate on June 3rd 2016 and the Priesthood May 27th 2018.  He holds a B.S. in Bible from Lancaster Bible College and a M Div. from Biblical Theological Seminary, with additional studies at the Reformed Episcopal Seminary.   In addition to his duties at St. Stephen’s, Pastor Ricky also serves as a Hospice Chaplain and is in the process of planting a church in Westminster, Maryland called St. Andrews Anglican Church Plant.  He and his wife, Lynette, have been married for 8 years and reside in Hanover, Pennsylvania with their overly affectionate German Shepherd, Manchester.
